NEW: Essential Maintenance (Wednesday31 July 2024)
The Admissions Portal will be undergoing essential maintenance on Wednesday 31 July 2024 between 04:00-06:00 (UK time). During these hours, MySelection, King's Apply and the King’s Referee Portal will be unavailable.
IMPORTANT: King’s Apply unavailable to some applicants between Friday 9 August, 14:00 - Thursday 15 August, 08:00 (UK Time)
Who does this impact?
- All current UCAS applicants to King’s
- Any applicants who previously submitted a UCAS application to King’s
This is due to the UCAS Results Embargo.
What will happen? During the UCAS Results Embargo period, these applicants will not be able to login to King’s Apply, or send and receive messages from King’s. They will only be able to log in when the embargo is lifted at 08:00 on Thursday 15 August 2024.
We cannot communicate with any UCAS offer holder for whom we are awaiting results during this period:
It is crucial that we do not have any contact with undergraduate applicants which indicate, or could be inferred to be indicating, their exams results or the current status of their applications to King’s. The embargo covers all knock-on activities that may have been triggered by the change in the applicant’s status – e.g. the status of their accommodation offer, scholarship applications, DBS and OH checks etc., as well as any communication regarding enrolment and student support services.

- Note: If an applicant will be impacted by the embargo, needs a Student visa to study in the UK and they already have received a CAS number because their offer is unconditional firm (accepted), please advise them to download their CAS PDF as soon as possible before the start of the UCAS embargo.
